I Been Taking 15 Mg Meloxicam For A Couple Of

I been taking 15 mg meloxicam for a couple of years I also take acetaminophen arthritis everyday, and when I feel bad inflammation my doctor hives me prednisone for 10 days ony.....is all this safe to take, I don't want to have a heart attack or stroke because of this. I also inject 125mg Orencia once a week.
