I been using method for alot years I've had staph n other health problems I don't go drs much i stop taking thyroid meds four yrs ago i have lumpsnin head depression n suicide thoughts what do i do how get help n were do i go i think u can have polips for sure I was told i hav e do surgery again but didn't can u help me
