I Began Taking 50mg Of Lyrica 2 Weeks Ago And

I began taking 50mg of Lyrica 2 weeks ago and it is really helping the muscle cramps, burning pains in my legs and the pain in my back. However, I coincidentally started getting nerve pain in my shoulder that nothing seems to help. Can Lyrica cause NEW nerve pain???? I am not diabetic; have had chronic back and leg pain for years; surgeries, injections, etc.
