I Began Taking Cipro Yesterday PM. My Second Dose Was

I began taking cipro yesterday PM. My second dose was this AM. About noon I began to have diarrhea. I have been to the bathroom approx imately 6 times. I ate lasagna, chicken, and chips for lunch. For breakfast, I ate oatmeal and toast. What foods should I avoid. I am diabetic.
