I Being Feeling Sick For About 2-3 Before Getting A

I being feeling sick for about 2-3 before getting a fever, ended up going to immediate care center they said I had bronchitis, strep throat, and ear infection on the 2-16-16; gave me some medicine had a allergic reaction to. Didn't get better went to Urgent care, they gave me a Zpack yesterday taken it and today does don't feel better. I had used it in the past and in about 30-45 minutes felt back to myself but not this time. What should I do?
