I Believe I Am Experiencing Congestive Heart Failure, And Have

I believe I am experiencing congestive heart failure, and have been for about a week. Symptoms include rapid heartbeat, shallow breathing, swollen calves/ankles/feet, inability to sleep due to breathing difficulty, fatigue, and sudden weight gain (5 pounds over two weeks). I cant go to hospital, have no insurance. Can this wait til I can get some?
