I Believe I Developed A Yeast Infection After Taking Amoxicillin

I believe I developed a yeast infection after taking amoxicillin for an ear infection. I bought an at home kit to help it go away. I wore tight pants for a couple hours today and now my labia minora and area around it are extremely swollen. Should I be concerned?
