I Believe I Had Food Poisoning Beginning On Wed. Went

I believe I had food poisoning beginning on wed. Went through a days diera, and one good bought of vomiting. Now it's been more than a day since I've had a bowel movement? I ate several things yesterday and had 2 750 ml bottles of water. Which made me feel not so hot but no bowel movement. Am I constipated now or just pretty much empty.
