I believe I have Ileocecal valve syndrome which recently became worse after a polyp was removed from the ileocecal valve, I am trying to figure out which foods to eat to avoid the symptoms of bloating, diarrhea, tiredness, can you make suggestions? I've only food guides on what to avoid.
