I Believe I Have Piriformis Syndrome. With The Most Pain

I believe I have Piriformis Syndrome. With the most pain over the right hip and the sciatic nerve in the lower right side of my back. As long as I don't sit or stand for long times the pain is best laying down, but I am suppose to go on vacation to GA and we will be walking alot. What do I do?
