I Believe I Have A Lemon Seed Stuck In My

I believe I have a lemon seed stuck in my throat, I have drink warm water and it seems to move up and down. I tried to put my finger in my throat, hoping it would come out, but it had almost no affect. I ate a solid to see if it can help remove it but i seem to still have the seed stuck. Is there anything else I can do to get it out? Or how long it might take to remove this seed out of my throat?
