I Believe I Have A Uti (burning Sensation While Urinating,

I believe I have a uti (burning sensation while urinating, and slight blood in my urine) but the urinalysis test I took showed negative results for bacteria, nitrite and leukocyte. I am already on antibiotics but i'm just curious if it could be something more than a uti if it is a uti at all.
