I Believe I Have A Yeast Infection But I Haven't

I believe I have a yeast infection but I haven't gone to the doctors yet. My main question is can a yeast infection keep me from being able to insert anything inside vagina? I've looked at myself with a mirror and I've done a lot of researching of yeast infections and other vaginal infections and I'm leaning towards a yeast infection butt not sure if me not being able to even insert the tip of my finger inside of my vagina is normal for this infection. I've never had any vaginal infections before in life until now but I also believe my possible yeast infection may be due to the possibility of me being with child but it's too early for me to take an at home pregnancy test.
