I Believe I Have An Abscess Tooth. All The Way

I believe I have an abscess tooth. all the way in the back on the bottom on the left hand side. This is not only causing major pain, but the swelling is so bad that I cannot open my mouth more than a centimeter. I have a dentist appointment tomorrow afternoon. Will the dentist be able to open my mouth to treat me?
