I Believe I Have Severely Injured My Hamstring. Problem Is

I believe I have severely injured my hamstring. Problem is Is a Marine Corp. Get. I am on perm. Disability SSA for very bad car accident and later found my back was broke here and there, as well as many other issues with my body. After several epidural that I now am more educated, I almost died from the steroid I was sick for 3 years and my muscles have now pretty much leaving the building. I have more knowledge about all of the Spine issues but I decided after the things I have tried thee holistic treatments and nothing stops the pain all enough to redo my.medications I use then+ exactly as told and that has worked for what was and is wrong. This Hamstring thing, is outside of the trauma my medications are not even giving me relief. My muscles are waistline and that is painful. What can I do for the Ham string injury started this morning.
