I Believe I Have Trench Mouth. My Gums Hurt So

I believe I have trench mouth. My gums hurt so bad that I cant sleep at night, there are spots on my gums that look like blisters, and I have been spitting out white dead gum tissue all day. Is there ANYTHING I can do to relieve the pain? This no sleep thing is getting old. I do not currently have insurance so anything I can do at home would be great.
