I Believe I May Have Had Food Poisoning About 2

I believe I may have had food poisoning about 2 weeks ago. Had a chicken dish and immediately after leaving the restaurant I had severe upper abdominal pain (severe) which lead to vomiting for about 2 hours. I have since been fatigued, weak and continued stomach bloating. My stomach distension is hard and my stools are loose, not diahrea though. Distension is painful. I have a regular doctors appointment in 5 days; any reason to be seen sooner.
