I Believe I Slept On My Arm Awkwardly Last Night,

I believe I slept on my arm awkwardly last night, woke up with my arm being numb but throbbing, and then the sensation of pins and needles continuously until now (12hrs later). Not only that my arm has an odd colouring on it. Like thousands of red dots, as if the blood has rushed to the surface, and this is covering my entire forearm. 12hrs since it happened I feel pins and needles in my arm and also an achin sensation still. Do I have anything to worry about?
