I Believe I Swallowed A Tiny Pill (just Bigger Than

I believe I swallowed a tiny pill (just bigger than a round baby aspirin) down the wrong pipe. It felt stuck and wasn't going down when I drank, which is why I think it went down the wrong tube. It hurt when it did go down (again it is tiny). my breathing is fine and I didn't cough much... just made me worried. Does it absorb before I'd have any issues?
