I Believe A Cyst Has Gotten Big Or There Are

I believe a cyst has gotten big or there are more. I feel like I am ovulating and can't get back up from a sitting position the pain keeps me in a bent position for a min. Or two.. Today I felt like a water balloon busted inside of me (lower right) I then felt a gush and my under pants were covered with black blood. It relieved the pain a bit , but still hurts.. Is this normal
