I Believe I Have Meralgia Paresthetica. I Had A Laminectomy

I believe i have Meralgia Paresthetica. I had a laminectomy feb 2014 on right L4/L5. right leg was very painful, could not walk. About 5 weeks after laminectomy started having pain in left leg. Was doing physical therapy when i developed Pulmonary Embolisms. Therapy stopped. had a stay in ICU for about a week. Got out started pain management. Getting 4 individual injections. My back feels better, but after about 20 steps or so left legs starts hurting, burning. tingling is mostly in shin area. Burning and loss of skin sensation outer thigh. Its crippling and depressing. been a mans man my whole life. Very nice yard, split wood for wood stove, hunt, fish, ride harley, work 8 to 10 six days a week. I have done Industrial maintenance since i was 17, i am 39 and can't hardly walk to mail box?
