I Believe I Have A Partially Blocked Intestine. I Have

I believe i have a partially blocked intestine. I have had hernia surgery...and the pressure is in that area. I have bloating and pressure around where the supraumbilical hernia was repaired. I have continued to have bowel movements, and have restricted intake for 2 days. Stool has become mostly liquid...and i am not nauseous...but just want to make sure i am doing the right things.
