I Believe It Is Just Because My 15 Month Old

I believe it is just because my 15 month old caused my teeth to dig I to my lip but just in case it's something else wanted to ask. The inside on my bottom lip is bright red. It hurts but only started a day or so ago an worse today after my son made me bite it again today. Could it just be from my teeth? If so is there anything I could do to help
