I Believe My Sciatica Is Bothering Me Again But This

I believe my sciatica is bothering me again but this time it feels different. I feel the pain in my buttocks and little in my back. My problem is i can only stand be on my feet for so long. If i lean up on something im okay. I feel it in my legs. My foot tingles a little and it looks like my one ankle is swollen a little. Im going to er. This is miserable when it comes to walking
