I Bit Inside Of Cheek In Front Of Bottom Teeth.

I bit inside of cheek in front of bottom teeth. There's a little white blister and it hurts really bad. Everything I eat or drink stings really bad. I'm a swimmer and the chlorine water hurts too. I keep accidentally running my tooth or tongue over it. Idk what to do it's been four days and it hasn't gotten any better
