I Bled Quite Heavily During Sex Last Night But I

I bled quite heavily during sex last night but I am not due on my period for about 4 days yet (last day of my pill was today) and it wasnt particularly vigorous sex but the bleeding was very thick and heavy. I am usually very regular with my periods. Should I be concerned? I also had lower abdominal pain later that evening
