I Blew My Nose Too Hard Continuously With Closeing Oneside

I blew my nose too hard continuously with closeing oneside using thumb finger upto 300 times . This happen once in a month continued by the next month too..... The third month after recovery from cold a thick clear csf like fluid coming often from both nose sides for near about three months now coming from right side only.... now i felt something crawling all over my body heart brain.and some times biting senses here and there already I have suffered from neckpain heavy lowbackpain and worm infection now light headache too...
besides uppersideof anus had a heavy itching to whom I have to concern.... neurologist or gastroentrologist or skincare or general physician
