I Bought A Ready To Wear Shorts Which Already Used

I bought a ready to wear shorts which already used by somebody and then i tried it on without washing it..i am now paranoid thinking if there is a sperm on that short and to think my panty that time has holes visible to the eyes..can i get pregnant..pls i really need ur answer..thank u
