I bought zentel 200mg worm remedy (tablets) over the counter, but was not instructed how I should take them. I assume the instructions would be on the box or found within it.

My question is:

1) As a 25 year old adult male, with no known medical conditions should I take the anti-worm pill
before or after a meal?

2) Also what is the estimated time to take it between the meal?
