I Broke A Bone In My Fibula Last Tuesday. Clean

I broke a bone in my fibula last Tuesday. Clean crescent shaped break with a little jagged bone off to the side. Did not break skin. I’m in a boot. It’s on the right foot by the knuckle on my ankle just up from that maybe an inch.
Foot sorer today with still some swelling but red and warm on top and side of my foot. Could it be cellulitis?
