I Broke A Light Bulb Near A Sandwhich I Was

I broke a light bulb near a sandwhich I was making and after eating it it feels like there could be a tiny (spec sized) piece stuck in the back of my throat/mouth? it's not painful or anything but it feels like there's something there, like when you get a poppy seed stuck there or something.
