I Broke My Ankle 21/2 Yrs. Ago. Drs. Said It

I broke my ankle 21/2 yrs. ago. Drs. said it would heal, after hard cast & wearing a boot for nearly a yr. the bones were healed but the ligaments ect. were damaged. I had surgery to repair issues & scope arthritis from joint as well as bone chips removed. My ankle is steadily getting worse, as pain never lets up & stiffness is increasing. Most of my activities have been given up & walking is an issue. When do I try something else or is there any other options?
