I Broke My Arm (humerus)-a Complete Break, Years Ago...but It

I broke my arm (humerus)-a complete break, years ago...but it has been very sensitive ever since (nerve damage). Recently, I bumped my arm against a hard surface and my pinky and ring finger and half of my hand went numb/tingly. My hand has also lost much of it's strength. This has been ongoing for about 3 weeks now.
Should I seek treatment?
