I Broke My Basline Fifth Metatarsal In My Foot And

I broke my basline fifth metatarsal in my foot and was put on an aircast. I wad advised not to walk on it without crutches and to not remove the aircast unless i need to shower. The problem is at the lowest setting my foot falls asleep without my knowledge which can cause problems. The straps are not even tight what do i do to get blood to my feet??
