I Broke My Elbow In 3 Places And Had 2

I broke my elbow in 3 places and had 2 surgeries, 2 plates, 11 screws, and a hip bone marrow insertion 10 years ago. I recently fell and landed on my outstretched elbows and palms, I have had pain in my elbow for several weeks since, No x-rays. Pain when turning from palms down to palms up. Pain when trying to straighten arm. Swelling in inner elbow area.
