I broke my fibula at the base on 12/29 and the orthopedist surgeon insisted that I have a surgery to insert some screws and plates. I decided against so he placed a cast up to my knees. Thus far the swelling is gone, i move my toes freely and put no weight on my right leg. Do I face arthritis later on in life?
