I Broke My Fibula Down Near My Ankle 7 Days

I broke my fibula down near my ankle 7 days ago, the first few days my whole foot was swelled up really bad, how ever the past day or 2 it has gone down significantly, but now every time i go from having my foot elivated to standing up it burns really bad. I pulled back my soft cast a minute ago and i have what looks like a under skin rash. Its very red and kinda bumpy. I noticed that where that burns when i stand up is where the rash type thing is. I have been taking 2 aleve a day, one when i wake up and one when i go to bed.
