I Broke My Fifth Metatarsal Bone In My Foot And

I broke my fifth metatarsal bone in my foot and wearing a "boot" from urgent care until my orthopedic doctor appointment on Monday. In the meantime, urgent care gave me Tylenol 3 for the pain (which is excruciating). The Tylenol is not helping at all. My question is, when I had kidney stones, I took Tramadol as it was very effective for my pain relief. I'm on Cymbalta for my Fibromyalgia. Is it safe to take Tramadol for my pain relief while on Cymbalta?
