I Broke My Foot A Couple Weeks Ago And Accidentally

I broke my foot a couple weeks ago and accidentally fell and submerged it in the water. I went to the er and they removed my cast and wrapped it with a splint. Now my foot hurts almost worse than before and now my ankle is swelling and turning blue,and the bottom of my foot is burning. What should I do?
