I Broke My Left Wrist One Year Ago. For A

I broke my left wrist one year ago. For a few days now the wrist has been aching, today it aches more and the ache is going up my arm some, also there is heat in my wrist and about three inches up my arm. It is very warm and the other wrist feel a little cool. What could be causing this.
