I Broke My Neck In 2000 For The Second Time.

I broke my neck in 2000 for the second time. I was on Oxycontyn 80's etc... I became addicted . I have been clean from alcohol and drugs for 3 and 1/2 years. I'm 56 and was an athlete and played hard. I have aches in lower back and hands and basically all over. (What can I take to feel less pain?)
