I Broke My Spine L2 In A Car Accident And

I broke my spine L2 in a car accident and have an arthritic disk. I cant work or walk more than 100m, In the USA they had me on 40 mg timed released oxycontin but in the Uk all I can get it codeine which doesn't work at all. I need pain relief or I am going to end this miserable life of mine, Can I pls get some 30mg or 40mg oxy;s. I can send you the spinal scans etc, Paul
