I Broke My Upper Arm In 4 Places, 3 Ribs

I broke my upper arm in 4 places, 3 ribs and a lower back disc. The hardware failed and the bones collapsed and the blood was cut of so shoulder ball dissinegrated. 2 surgery hasn't been any better. My heart doctor said that I have a blood clot and after test were done he believes it's in my arm I also have an aortic anyerisim and I'm looking for answers about what to look for if the clot moves
