I Broke My Wrist Last Year, Had It Wired And

I broke my wrist last year, had it wired and casted for 11 weeks. Following this I have had months of physiotherapy but I still cannot make a complete fist and my fingers are very stiff. The physio is suggesting manipulation. What do you think will this help or is there anything else I can do?
