I Broke Out All Over The Top Of My Scalp

I broke out all over the top of my scalp a few weeks ago. It has not resolved and continues to be itchy and tender, with some scabbing. Treating w ibuprofen, Benadryl, hibiclens, witch hazel, rubbing alcohol, and even diaper rash cream (for the benefit of the zinc). Does not present as ringworm.

Around the same time that my head broke out, I felt a lump on my skull behind my right ear. It was slightly tender to the touch, firm, and doesn't move.
Today I noticed some pain on my skull. Upon inspection by hand I felt swelling on my skull that extends from the lump behind ear. It's approximately 3 inches wide and is painful to the touch. The lump behind the ear has not changed.
I have tested pos in the past for Epstein Barr and frequently testing for autoimmune diseases. (I've been told you can test false neg for AI problems) I've been Dx w fibro and I have other issues that dr believes are AI related. (Possibly RA and Sjogrens). My entire family has one or more AI issue.
