I Broke Up With My Long Time Bf 3 Months

I broke up with my long time bf 3 months ago. The first month after my uterus area felt as if it was solid Almost like I was pregnant. After many otc pregnancy tests being negative and having my menstrual cycle normal realized i want pregnant. Now its the third month and my uterus area and now my Abdominal area. (By belly button) feel hard. Have had a low grade fever for a good 3 weeks. Frequent urinating and very fatigued. My mind is going from a bladder infection to an std. Any advice our questions you can help me with?
