I Bruised My Ribs During A Snow Tubing Accident A

I bruised my ribs during a snow tubing accident a month ago. The pain is still constant. Not as severe as it had been but still quite noticable. Wearing a bra is almost unbearable and the sports bras are even worse. There is a swollen lump when I lay down flat. How much longer will it take until the pain is gone and will the lump go away as well?
