I Brutally Just Got Beaten Up By My Brother For

I brutally just got beaten up by my brother for about a good 5 minutes and the sheriff did nothing about it. But I got big bumps on my head and two big red bumps on both sides of my temples. It feel like I have a major headache and my vision is blurry and also light headed every time I get up and every time I move my head around everything is slow motion. What's wrong with me?
