I Bumped My Elbow Hard Four Days Ago And It

I bumped my elbow hard four days ago and it caused a puncture wound through my clothes. There is a tiny hole and it keeps oozing clear bubbly fluid that looks like saliva. I have kept Neosporin on it and it does not appear to be infected although I notices it has some clothing fibers stuck in it. Should I be concerned?
