I Burned My Forearm A Week Ago Against The Inside

I burned my forearm a week ago against the inside of a hot oven. It turned brown instantly but didn't really hurt that much. The next day it looked like a 1 inch dent and now it is really red around the edges with a pale yellow interior area. It's really bothering me. Discomfort with itching. Should I worry?
